I had previously purchased the larger suitcase so when my small carry-on suitcase broke, rather than buy another cheap one, I splurged and bought this. If it holds up as well as my larger suitcase, Ill be enjoying it for years!

Very nice luggage, makes the most of a carry-on as far as organization and space goes. Wheels on this luggage are extremely nice and they also lock (a feature my luggage must have now). I even got a compliment from a flight attendant who sees luggage all day every day saying it was one of the nice bags she had see which was pretty cool.

I would have been very happy with this product, but the first time I used it the lock was bent and damaged. Also, there was no key with the luggage and no instructions as to change the lock code. I have tried to contact Amazon to discuss my options, but havent been successful, so Im not sure what to do. Needless to say very disappointed after spending over $200.

This bag looks good and the TSA locks are an added benefit, but the fancy material that gives the bag its look scratches easily, even if you happen to just run into it with your dress shoes. After getting this bag up and down in the overhead bins, couple of times, its plenty scratched up that its lost its good looks that youre hoping for professional work trips.
