Chatelet Hardside 2.0 Luggage with Spinner Wheels, Angora, Checked-26 Inch Trunk

I absolutely love this brand. The TSA lock makes me feel secure that my belongings won’t open during transport at the airport. The user manual made it very easy to set my passcode. It also came with a 10 year warranty. The four wheels makes hauling all the weight very easy in the airport.

Based on pictures it looks like both sides had panels that zip closed! The 21 inch navy carry on I received does not? Is this the way it’s suppose to be? All the other colors have zipper panels. The luggage is beautiful but I am very disappointed that this feature is missing on the luggage I received! Please advise. It’s very expensive and I am so disappointed!

I have always been a Samsonite user. I decided to upgrade to Delsey thinking it would be a better and finer piece of luggage. I wish I had not changed brands. The inside straps dont stretch, the zippers are difficult to close (the top and bottom parts of the suitcase must be perfectly aligned for the zippers to run easily). I sure hope that for the price I paid, this suitcase lasts many, many years.

Got this for traveling to Europe where I am taking multiple flights. For 1 flight the max dimensions is 19 inches x 7 inches. So I ordered the 19 inch bag.. buts it’s 21.75 inches! It’s 19 inches on the inside! And 10 inches wide! Which is WAY over the 21x 8 inch max I have found everywhere else for carryons. Super sad.

This is the perfect luggage to travel, for an airline or cruise. Drawback: It is uneven when is fully open. You need to put a shoe box underneath one of the sides to be more comfortable when you fill the suitcase.

Good: belts and zippered cover on each half section to hold clothes in. Stong handle and wheels, so far. Bad: shell not durable and white shows marks from handlers, but is easily visible on conveyor. Top shell cracked by air handlers in first use. Good that they warranted, but wanted item returned for repair. Zipper locks not secure; need extra lock. One pops out on each flight, making possible to unzip and.reach inside. Handle hardware had to be repaired after 2nd use, a bit light duty, and assembly error.

Have not used the luggage yet but the appearance & craftsmanship is amazing, inside and out.

I added this to my 28 inch Delsey suitcase. Love it just as much as the big one! Comes with all the same “luxuries” and looks luxurious as well. Two piece set is also Amazon.

A classic design which looks very good. Plenty of space to pack everything and come with a shoe bag, laundry bag and a little hanger too. Very pleased to have bought it.
