> 24 hourI got this because of the space the wide handles creates inside the box and for ease of access on the front section by design. However, if the suitcase is filled to capacity the front cannot hold items to capacity. Either the interior or exterior capacity holding has to be compromised for the suitcase to function fully. The idea is great but there is a design flaw.

> 24 hourLove the larger/wider handle for pulling the suitcase. Also love that the zipper connects to locking the suitcase. The manual though didn’t explain how to change the lock combo. The outside has a slim opening for laptop/misc. You have to open that compartment to open the main part of the suitcase.

> 24 hourIm thinking of returning it as its capacity is significantly smaller then other carry on of the same size. I packed out my Amazon basics carry on and this bag could only hold about 2/3 the volume with its shape and the handle dimensions.

> 24 hourWe ordered this carry on Mixi suit case for our daughters trip to England. We had spent a few months researching luggage to maximize space inside the bag while being Light weight, solid design and easy to roll around.

> 24 hourI was not impressed with this item at all and unfortunately Amazon won’t let me return it. The handles are not as sturdy as other brands (probably bc of the location) I also found the design super cumbersome bc of the clips on either side of the laptop part attaching to the lid. Just super awkward to use and don’t find that it gives that much more space because it’s not expandable. Unimpressed and not worth the price tag.

> 24 hourI bought this luggage mainly to use the laptop compartment, so I don’t need to carry a backpack and a carry on. I have a 16” MacBook Pro M1, the one that is thicker than the previous models. With the laptop + chargers + cables + iPad, the front side has to bend to close it. That puts pressure in the front material and the zippers. I don’t think all those pockets were designed to be all filled. It doesn’t close well. I have to put the luggage in the horizontal to be able to close it. I’m disappointed with that , and that’s why the 3 stars.

> 24 hourHave to be careful since my original review got rejected... dont buy this unless you are traveling to a resort and only you touch this suitcase. Carry-on will be a challenge for this item. Very toy-like. No way this will last. It should cost a third of the price.
