Checkmate FlyWrite Cockpit Writing Pad

I am a student pilot and have been using these my last couple of flights. Great to have on a kneeboard for quick note-taking and ASOS/AWOS information when transitioning between airports.

Checkmate FlyWrite Cockpit Writing Pad. The writing pad had all the areas to help organize information as it is received from ATC. It is small enough to fit on a knee board with plenty of room to make notes if needed.

I just started my instrument training, coms like with many people are not my strength. I like the formatting, and the large notes section. Fits well on my Kneeboard.

This listing is for only 1 pad, which was a surprise to me as most sellers bundle in packs of 3. The layout is a little cramped and the flow isnt perfect by any means. The top portion is hard to write on bc its covered by the kneeboard clip, so thats not helpful and some of the spaces are too small. It technically does what its supposed to do, but next time Ill stick to Sportys.

Just wish they gave a little more blank space for the clip board to grab on to from the top

I had just started taking flying lessons when I bought this pad. It is perfect to copy down the weather and clearance, and scribble notes while flying. It fits very well in my kneeboard case by just sliding the cardboard back into the middle section where the metal kneeboard slides in.

This arrived quickly and really helps me to organize ATC instructions quickly and accurately. I will reorder when the time comes.

Well organized for the flow of most trips. Not rocket science but just a good document that helps me stay ahead of things.

The top of the pad is useless when you are using a clip board. You cant reach it. Otherwise it works very well. I use it all the time.
