Very good product. I run it in all my systems. Careful when handling it, it will stain if you get it under your nails. lol

Im disappointed with the result. I have a 150 gallon tank full of green water after 3 water changes. I have seen many good reviews for it so I thought I would try it to clear up the green water. Its been 3 days and no change in the water. I went back to Tetra bio filter and its already clearing up the water and its only been a few hours. If anyone tells you that you dont need bio filters, dont believe them. Thats why my water is green. I wont be buying this anymore. It was a waste of money.

Have posted before and after photos. The minerals in our hard water give our tank a green tint. We were between canister filters and without one for approximately 3 weeks. After allowing the new canister to run for two weeks, we put the chemipure in and in less than 24 hours, the water is crystal clear!!

The best product of its kind on the market.

expensive for the poor performance. There is no ending rinsing the product before you place in the filter. It has a sandy pink color coming constantly out of the filter bag. that end it up coloring the water in the tank. And about to eliminate the phosphates from the aquarium, after a month the values of the phosphates in the aquarium remains the same.

Love it my aquarium is crystal clear now.

I tried one of these 3 months ago and have seen big improvement in less algae in my 40 gal reef tank. cannot say if it is entirely because of use of this product as I also use a power filter, bio pellet reactor and skimmer, doses of Red Sea No 3 Po 4. But there was a difference. So I bought this duo to replace the 3 month old chemi and put one in my 30 gallon tank.

Is the product suppose to be wet? when I opened it the bag was not white, it was brown. It seams like the product was used and put in a container.
