Greater than one weekI love these needles for sock knitting! I was worried the stitches would fall off but they hold well and you can knit more quickly than with wooden needles. They also are strong enough for lace socks. I find it a little easier to knit with shorter sock needles (5” rather than 6”) but the other benefits outweigh this.

> 3 dayAll of ChiaoGoos products are wonderful! The needles are smooth and knit with ease. I was initially worried that metal DPNs would drop my stitches since I used bamboo DPNs but no worries here. Also I like these because they are not nickle plated, they are stainless steel so my body doesnt react.
