Chicka Chicka Boom Boom (Chicka Chicka Book, A)

The package arrived today in perfect condition but the book had a damaged bottom. As a gift it would be nice to have a better looking item but it is minimal.

I checked this out from the library for my three year old twin boys

Love the rhythm of this book. I remember reading it as a kid and now Im reading it to my daughter who is 2 and learning her letters. Easy words for her to say along as I read.

Helps kids learn alaphabet through a fun rhyming story. I read it to sound almost like a song and my boys want me to read it over and over! It has the full alphabet (upper and lower case) on the back pages which is great for teaching. Colors are bright and the cardboard is nice for little kids so no pages get ripped in all the excitement!

Always a great book!

I just think this book is sooo much fun! Gave this as a gift and love how its a board book; cause we all know kids tear up books when theyre young!

Before you buy it, try to read a copy of the text and get a feel for it first.

My great niece, 20 mos. old, loved the book and repeated Chicka Chicak Boom Boom without prompting at the appropriate time. Its her new favorite book.

The original 1989 version of this book was a favorite of my daughters when they were young. Since it is so fun to read, it was also one of my favorites to read to them. This was a nightly book, amongst others of their choice. (I read a lot of books to my girls.) My sister in law is having her first baby soon. Instead of cards, she asked that people gift her new daughter with their favorite childs book. I accidently purchased the condensed version of this (Chicka Chicka Boom Boom ABC), and I was SO disappointed when I got it. So, here I am again on Amazon, reordering the version that I love, that my daughters loved, and that I hope my sister in law and her new daughter will love too. This is a great book, and a wonderful way for a child to learn to love their ABCs.
