We brought this to take to Texas for our sons tournament to keep cool, and it didn’t really work well for us. The reviews all say it’s great, but we didn’t find any relief from the fans, and it sitting on our necks made us hotter. Wanted to love it, but just didn’t.

This neck fan is very effective at cooling me off. However, its loud! The standout feature of the fan is that the arms rotate, so its possible to slightly direct the flow of the air. Compared to other neck fans that do not have this feature, its a big deal. The arms dont move very much, but they dont have to - (see the first 3 pics) - just enough to make a big difference. The other nice, but standard features are that they fold up and that they have a rechargeable battery with a USB-C interface. They come with a USB-C cord, but youll need to provide a power brick with a USB-A connector. My only complaint about this item is the volume. Its loud enough to drown out conversations, so its not something to be used if you want to have a conversation. I use it when mowing my lawn; it keeps me cool and the sound does not bother me since the mower is louder than the fan is. Ive not tried this but another potential use could be for athletes on a sideline. This would have been great to have when the kids were playing flag football to help keep the subs cool on the sideline. I would recommend this fan for those who struggle to keep cool. Its comfortable, effective, versatile, and sturdy. Just dont try to have a conversation, even on low.

Highly recommended neck fan for these hot summer days ahead. I love my neck fam, as it keeps me cool as I walk from home to the park, walk (8) laps around the park and back home. There are several different modes (low, medium, high) to keep you cool. Charging this neck fan is fairly quick. I like it a lot because it keeps me cool and stops me from sweating from my forehead. My son also loves his neck tan after a vigorous gums work out. Grab a couple of these neck fans for you and your entire family to keep you cool as you enjoy summer outdoor activities

This is an impressive little machine that really cools you off. It at least provides some wind especially when it is very hot and there is no wind movement. This fan has 3 power levels and it is noisy. The low level is not that bad but once you press on the high, the sound is so strong. Oddly enough, it really does not bother me. I just want a good wind and air circulation specifically in the neck and under the hair (women with long hair). I want to be cooled off rather than be bothered with the sound. The bladeless neck fan is rechargeable. Unfortunately it does not have an indicator as to the percentage of charge so you know when to plug it. You just have to wait until it stops (something that is a little unacceptable). I wish it had a blinking option or a red light at least that would indicate that I already need to charge. Also, I let it run for 5hrs and 40 mins and the charge was done. I am not sure what the claimed max 12 hrs is. Even at a low level, I don’t think it is going to go more than 9 hrs (but I will test this at a later time to see how long). It folds into 3 parts that makes it easier to pack and bring along with you. Another great feature is that it gives you an option to either have the wind coming out in the front only, in the rear, or both. Only two buttons to play with and that’s it. The folding part can be tilted a little bit just to redirect the air. I wish it could be tilted more. You can also keep it almost all wrapped into your neck which I like. Recommended but if you buy, you have to know what feature is most important to you. Just remember that a little compact fan like this can’t be a regular big fan. It is also very affordable for the comfort you get.

I really like how this neck fan is not overly loud but have strong breeze from it. This neck fan can be angled so you control where the breeze is blowing. Front and rear fans are independently controlled so you have full control. Very portable and easy to carry for traveling. Highly recommend this!

This high-powered fan folds into a small size and easily fits into a bag, purse, or backpack. This bladeless neck fan has 3 speeds and the high is really strong. I deducted a star simply because of the loud sound at the high speed. It is very comfortable to wear and seems lighter than some others Ive tried. Packed nicely, and well protected, it charged up (a C port) in no time, and seems to keep running and running. Of course, the amazing thing about this fan is its ability to fold into a small shape. Awesome and just the thing for summer days.

This portable fan does not feel hot when I wear it while cleaning or cooking, and it is very convenient to adjust the wind speed

This is a good idea and the fan works good and is fairly comfortable to wear. Ii is supposed to be worn with air blowing up but after my shirt gets wet, I like to wear it pointing down as a cooling effect of wet shirt. My son wore it to mow the grass on riding mower but said it doesn’t have the effect in that situation because you’re already moving with air blowing across you. This works best sitting still and it does help keep you cool.

This neck fan works very well. Its lightweight and pretty quiet. Has adjustable speeds, folds up, and doesnt eat your hair! The only things that bug me a little have to do with the vents. First, I dont notice a lot of difference with the extra air vents in the back being turned on or off. Second, the rotation on the front fans seems a bit limited, and the angles available are odd. These arent big complaints though, and I think this is a really decent fold-up neck fan for $20.
