Greater than one weekMy youngest step daughter has a lot of occasion to use this as she goes back and forth to her mothers on the weekends. Its more her size instead of the huge duffel bag her sister was lugging around and she feels more responsible for her own things. She loves the colors and wants to carry it around all the time. I love the shoe compartment and how spacious it actually is. The inner slots for things like toothbrushes and toothpaste or any seasonal medications that need to travel with her keep things tidy and organized and its not loose around the main compartment as they hold things well.
