> 24 hourBought for adapting my 30A RV generator to 50A RV cord. This seems really well built and sturdy. My only criticism is that it would be better if cord came out of side of 30A prong vs on the bottom. When I plug it into generator which is maybe 6-8 inches off ground, the thick cord faces the ground - so when you bend to connect to 50A cord, it is a bit difficult to make it seat properly into the generator - it tends to bend out a bit. You can make it sit flush but you have to work at it. If I had a taller generator, would not be an issue but with my Firman 3300w generator, it barely works.

> 24 hourI leave my RV plugged in at home, but rarely use the 50 amp power, the coaches capable of handling. Since I keep it plugged into a 20 amp extension cord, I didn’t need the heavy 50 amp cord. With this, I can plug it into the extension cord and not have to worry about dragging out the 50 amp cord and the associated aggravation of keeping the thing plugged in.

> 24 hourI wanted something to use to keep the battery charged and work the slides with out pulling out the shore cord. This was a great investment

> 24 hourMoved into a RV camp that had 50 amp service. My trailer uses 30 amp. This did the trick.
