Not thrilled. Arrived locked, the instructions to set to 000 did not work, and now replacement won’t arrive in time for it to be a timely birthday present.

This is the perfect size suitcase! It’s light weight, easy to maneuver and fits perfectly in the overhead compartment.

I have owned several luggages including Samsonite, which hasnt been that great. This luggage has been amazing, very durable, no scratches or dents. This has been the best luggage I have owned.

Took on a recent trip. Held everything I needed…perfect carry on.

Edit: the replacement suitcase, turned out to be high quality. So I am adjusting my original rating to five stars.

Combo wasn’t 0-0-0, had to try about 50% of the possible combos to figure it out (412). Maybe took 10 minutes so not a huge deal. Easy to change. Very light weight, hopefully durable. May revise later.

Very lightweight and rolls easily over carpet and through the airport and on asphalt. Not sure how it will roll over cobblestones. Nice that it expands. Not sure how sturdy it will be in the long run but it seems to be able to bounce back when it encounters a heavier object.

Ive had this suitcase for one year now and have flown several times with it. Other than the expected scratches from being tossed around by airline employees, the suitcase is in the same condition as the day I received it. The suitcase is very light (under 8 pounds), so you can carry more clothes and still stay within the airline limit. Im very happy with the purchase.

Traveling with it for first time tomorrow--one thing though, and I noticed this in other reviews--it didnt come with a key for the lock??
