> 3 dayZipper broke after second outing. The material on this suitcase isn’t durable and aesthetically it’s not very good looking. On the plus side it’s large if that’s what you also need.

> 3 daySo far this has been a really handy piece of luggage. Its a great size and I was so happy to see it is expandable! A lot of the hard cases Ive found arent. The materials all seem to be really strong and stand up to a beating but I do see scratches. It still looks really nice though. It glides effortlessly, the wheels are also strong. Inside has plenty of room. Good lock feature. I like it all!

> 3 dayI love Delsy luggage but this one was just too tall for me. I’m 5‘2“ and this came in at approximately 27+ inches with the wheels and it was just a little too much. It makes a big difference if something is 26 inches when I maneuvering it. The shape was also just a little odd which made it look even bigger. So I returned it and got a different Delsey suitcase that comes in a 26 inches.

Greater than one weekI have a soft carry-on from Delsey and this is the reason I bought the 30” hard Clavel assuming it will be the same great quality. Unfortunately I was wrong and this turned out to be a total garbage after just one trip. The surface is extremely scratched, but this is not the worst part. The expansion zipper broke and I was lucky this was not the main zipper as I might have lost my stuff. To make things complicated in order to get it serviced I need to pay shipping for a luggage that is 3 months old used just once and still under the 5 years warranty. The design is nice and the small carry-on version might be more durable, but this 30” check in spinner is really bad.

> 3 daySo yes, this is a really nice carry on. But at the currently listed $160, I see nothing that makes it that much better than luggage thats much less. Im sure it will hold up great, so for frequent travelers it might make a lot of sense.

> 3 dayI ordered luggage in ORANGE. IT IS NOT ORANGE. It is mauve. On the manufacturers website they describe the color as Bordeaux. I am very dissatisfied with this purchase.

> 3 dayOverall, this suitcase is fine for airline travel. Lightweight, heavy duty, but the zippers seem too lightweight for this level of suitcase. One of them constantly gets stuck for me, not because the luggage is overfilled or somethings hanging out, but it just has to be perfect in alignment for it to zip, especially around the edges. Ive never had a suitcase thats had such an issue with zippers, so I cant give it five stars, but so far so good.
