Easy to use to make unused plugs safe

These are really effective, lie flat, and stay in place really well. If you dont use the trick to remove them it is intentionally really difficult, but that is a feature not a flaw. The packaging includes instructions on how to remove them easily with a trick simple enough for an adult, but would be difficult for a child or someone who doesnt read the instructions to remove. They have you utilize the plug you would be putting into the outlet, it has a spot to slide it behind which will give you a slight gap, you can then use your finger to help lift the cover out with the added pressure from the plug. DONT crank on it with your plug or you could damage it. It doesnt need any force if you properly use your finger and the prong to gently wedge it out.

These outlet covers do a great job of covering outlets, but eventually youll want to remove a cover to plug something in and thats when the troubles begin. Consider buying an outlet cover that comes with a handle for easier removal.

I don’t have any children present to protect from my electric outlets. I bought these because I’m getting cold air coming in through the outlets on the outside walls. These plugs work perfectly to stop the cold air infiltration.

Easy to install & tough to get out for a little one so over all a great product to keep your kids safe :)
