I thought this wouldnt happen to me but yes, I counted my bags and I was missing a few.

I received the correct amount of bags and am using them to store my fabric in, but I noticed they smell terrible! An awful cat pee smell? It unfortunately made my fabric smell like cat pee too! I dont know what Im going to do or what to do about it. I just wished they didnt have a cat urine smell ..? They are the right size and seem nicely made, but reek!

The quality is really sturdy for storing games, but not quite wide enough for board games (Guess Who, Settlers of Catan, etc) and too big for smaller card games (Carcassone, Dragonwood). Thats my fault though. The bags are good enough that Im going to keep them.
