> 24 hourThis stand has a lot going for it. The metal is well finished without burrs or sharp edges. The pivots are stiff but hold well. The swivel is pleasantly clicky, but not annoyingly so. This is a a really good piece of kit that does exactly what it says on the tin.

> 24 hourThis is surprisingly heavy. But thats good. It suggest its made from good strong materials. It effortlessly holds my 15.6 inch 5.5lbs laptop. Its very sturdy, doesnt wabble or jiggle. For me, its a good height works well. And its a great space saver. I use an external keyboard when I use the stand so I have no experience with trying to type while its holding a laptop.

> 24 hourThis versatile stand is strong and sturdy. I wanted options, and this stand has them. You can tilt the stand to have an inclined and more ergonomically friendly screen position, or you can raise it all the way up and type standing up! Yes, its that strong and sturdy. Quality product, great buy.

> 24 hourIn my continuing quest to to find the best multi use stand ( I need stands that will work in a music studio to hold Synths, Mixers, Drum Machines etc. as well as laptops) ths one stands out, first off it has a steel base, not aluminum, it is pretty heavy, a good thing for my needs, it is rock solid and will support a heaver laptop or music gear, The articulation is top notch as it has height, 360 rotation, level adjustments available to make this stand very versatile, really ideal for music gear and more then most Laptop users would need. The only caveat is if you want a light all aluminum stand for travel, this one is not for you, need something very sturdy and able to support more weight and be completely adjustable this is a great choice, highly recommended for Musicians, Producers and DJs as well as a less portable Laptop stand option.

> 24 hourOverall I really like this stand. Extremely sturdy, solid metal. Its nice that it has rubber pads on the bottom not only for keeping it in place but for protecting any table you put it on since its pretty heavy metal. It also has rubber pads on the part where you put your laptop or tablet to keep your laptop/tablet from moving around on the stand. It has a nice, clicking sound when you rotate the top on its base. Makes it feel like its higher quality. It easily fits my iPad Pro 12.9 and my Macbook Air. I keep it on my night stand but could imagine moving it around like to my office occasionally. Or maybe Ill get a second one!

> 24 hourI dont know why, but I enjoy the clicking sound as the stand rotates. It is handy to have the stand line up with my desk, but I can rotate the laptop to better fit my needs. There was a small chip of missing paint on one of the stand supports, but not big enough to bother me. The pads are quite grippy and the stand is heftier than I expected, in a good way. The only real con is that under load, the stand sits a little unlevel. I assume thats because the weight of the laptop is actually uneven, but with how sturdy and stiff the arms were, I didnt think the one side would sag as much. Im only talking about 1/4 of an inch, but its enough to notice the laptop doesnt stand level. Overall having the stand has improved my desk setup, and gives me both a better viewing angle, but also extra desk space that I desperately needed.

This Is Not
> 24 hourIve used this notebook stand for the last couple of weeks and it is sturdy. I have been searching for a solid notebook stand to hold my heavy work notebook. One that was easy to adjust and wouldnt shake when typing on my wireless keyboard. This stand does that and more. My notebook doesnt shake and takes effort to shift on my desk. However, it is easy to position my notebook how I want. It doesnt slowly fall down like other stands I have used or feel cheap like the plethora of plastic ones on the market. This could easily hold a 16-17 notebook without issues. I recommend this for anyone wanting a sturdy stand for their systems that doesnt feel cheap or shake your system when typing on a keyboard.
