Clover 1041/C Yellow Amour Crochet Hook, Size C, 2.75mm

Clover Amour hooks are the best crochet hooks. I love making amigurumi and using Clovers Amour hooks are perfect; the rubberized handle is comfortable to hold, the yarn glides over the hook with no problems. Ive tried many different hooks (Boye, Susan Bates, Bamboo) and Ive found that these hooks are the best for my needs. Ive been using Clover Amour hooks for about a year now and these hooks are the only ones I use.

I love the Amour crochet hooks. The yarn, no matter what size or texture, glides through it. The stitches seem to look more even than with other hooks (and I have a lot). These are my favorite! They feel natural in my hand and I have less wrist and finger fatigue. I would love it if they made larger hooks. Bulky yarns are popular these days and I would love to have K through P sizes.

I dont usually purchase Clover hooks, because theyre tre expensive. However, I have severe CRPS in my right hand and my only other option was to use a 2.75 metal hook, which would cause more pain. Upon receipt, I started using this hook and immediately found that the tip is way too large for a 2.75. I was unable to insert it into my work and I do not crochet tightly. After 20 frustrating minutes, I threw this thing in my crochet basket and got out the 2.75 metal hook, which I really did not want to use. Just be aware that this plastic hook is not friendly when attempting to insert into or between stitches.

Its a crochet hook so there is a limited amount to be said, however, it appears well made, sturdy and has a comfortable handle.
