This was an emergency buy! I bought it to replace the only 1 I had. As soon as it got here I opened it and started to work with the pattern I am making. I have gotten a lot more of this pattern than I was with my old hook. Old hook was hard to use so I was working slow. This hoop is smooth even in the hook. Handle is just right for the hand. The only thing I can find wrong is the shank is too short. With every thing so smooth the stitch climbs onto the handle. I work much faster and very happy. Will buy more of these

I was concerned that after 55 year of crocheting, the new hook material would be a problem. NOT so! My hands feel much better holding this hook than my old ones and I LOVE how the yarn slides on the hook. So easy. Highly recommend.

I’m a noobie covid beginner but I used it to make most of an infinity scarf and it handled well.

I love my Amour hooks. Ive now got the entire regular set of ten hooks (B through J including the 7) and all of the available sizes of the fat hooks, pictured here (7.0, K, L, M/N and N/P). As I have joint and muscle issues in my hands, I cannot stress how much these hooks help me. I can crochet for hours, faster and more efficiently than with any other hooks Ive tried (and Ive tried quite a few).

These hooks tend to be a bit more pricey, but they are totally worth it. I have most of the sizes; all are incredibly comfortable to crochet with. Very light.
