> 3 dayGreat customer service but I dont like the hook. I wish Clover continued to make the larger hooks metal. The plastic doesnt allow the yarn to glide as nicely as the metal does.

> 3 dayThe hook is comfortable to hold - if you like Clover hooks. Kept it because I needed this size but I do not like plastic. Metal hooks allow the yarn to move/glide easier than plastic.

> 3 dayI was a Susan Bates hooks fan all the way until trying this one. Its so smooth! I will admit it was a bit slippery at first but after you get used to it, its such a pleasure to work with. Purchased the 5mm from clover too and its better than my 5mm from SB.
