I am so happy to have these bamboo circular needles for yarns that are slippery. And, I like the lighter color - particularly with colorful yarn. The fibers just stand contrast better making seeing each stitch easier to see.

Bamboo sections of the needle are very dry and the yarn doesnt flow. Ive tried rubbing wax paper on the needles to see if it will soften the bamboo so yarn glides easily when knitting stitches.

good brand........I always use circular or dpns when knitting anymore.....these are smooth bamboo with a good fit in the holders so no worries about your yarn snagging
