This is not the most padded case, but it is a very good size for those of us with smaller hands. I can cradle it well while using the zipper to take out the speaker; I found that larger cases are very cumbersome and easy to drop. I will likely add an internal velcro strap to stabilize my speaker while unzipping for an added layer of security. This case is very good for a careful adult to use, I would suggest finding one with a bit more padding if I were planning on giving it to a teenager (but then you need to deal with the issue of hand size).

Well made and useful in design

Did a side by side with other returnable speakers, didn’t think there was a difference until we compared them one right after the other. It wasn’t even close, the Bose won the ‘sound off’ hands down.
