I like that this double decker rack holds heavy lids [even 12] and plates with ease, the extra large drying mat is very nice, and it included a blue microfiber-like towel as well. It was fairly easy to put together, but the top deck needs to be put on in a certain manner that one will need to really pay attention to the instructions to do so. The bottom drain spout can be left or right facing which is nice too.

Prior to getting this product, I had two small drying racks as my sinks are small. Space always runs out very quickly so I got this rack to replace the one I have sitting on my counter. It was pretty easy to assemble, just make sure you are putting the bars for the second rack on the outside of the bottom rack, I would say thats not very intuitive in the directions as they are all images. I couldnt quite figure out what to do with the additional drying mat as it seems unnecessary for using the rack itself, but I may change my opinion as I use the product as the spout could have a drip issue and thats why you would put the drying mat underneath. If I can determine that the mat is unnecessary for day to day use, I may cut it down to put on the top rack for items that are too small for the rack itself (like delicate whiskey sample glasses). The bars on the rack overall are just a bit too far apart to stabilize those items on it alone.

Very customizable to your liking which works great for different sized kitchens. I’m using the extra mat for under my coffee maker and it makes cleaning up messes so easy.

I’ve had an old bamboo dish drainer for years with a plastic tray to drain the water into the sink. The dish drainer never fit will on the tray. This dish drainer was super easy to put together and the drain spout can be positioned whichever side you need. My only complaint is the rack for glasses. They’re too close together for our glasses. I don’t like to squeeze glasses together. It doesn’t have as much room as our bamboo rack but I like that it has a utensil holder that our bamboo one didn’t.

Would buy again

We had no issues with the item and it has beat all others we have used in the past. If your in the market for one, or two, always keep a spare, Get these. You will happy you did
