22-11-2024Liked the gritty, thicker texture. Cleaned better than others Ive tried (Listerine, Reach). But does shred when used on tighter spaces, back molars.

> 3 dayFor a long time this has been pretty much the only successor to Listerine Gentle Gum Care. The main issue is pricing. 1) The rolls are ALREADY smaller at 32yd vs the 50 yd you normally get for floss. 2) you have to use more because the floss, while it cleans better than all other commercial flosses, gets extremely slippery and shreds easily, so you have to keep rolling it forward to have a fresh section for each tooth. Each roll lasts 4-5 days, not 30 days as they claim. 2) Shrinkflation: It was already premium priced, and now the 4-pack price is the 3-pack price. 3) Reduced thread count. It’s now much thinner than it was a couple of years ago. It has gone from great, to OK, and from OK to not justifiable. Switching as soon as I can find an alternative. Highly recommended if you can afford about 75 dollars a month for dental floss per person. I am sure that an ethical investigation of the creation of this product, and the demise of Reach Gentle Gum Care, will uncover a lot of corporate malfeasance, fraud, and criminal action. Update: unsuprisingly my latest order was delayed without explanation. Curious timing given negative implications of review.

> 3 dayI have been using this product religiously for several years now. In newer batches the product shreds more than it used it. The cost has also continued to rise - now $8.33 each. No discount for buying in bulk. Therefore, I am now looking for a replacement brand. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Can dental floss change your whole life?! I bought Cocofloss because of an ad on Facebook that said, Do you hate to floss? Why, yes, I do hate to floss! Its painful, annoying and the floss never seems to make much difference. Even though I have not fallen for a Facebook ad in seven years, I immediately ordered some. From the beginning I was in awe. It was pain-free and easily removed loads of gross stuff that I could not even believe was really stuck in my teeth. I waited until my dental cleaning a few days ago before making a final judgment. My hygienist said, There is hardly any plaque at all. Have you done anything different with your routine? I beamed and showed her the Cocofloss which I carry with me everywhere now. Its like an expanding floss but with some additional strong layer to make it non-shredding, and the coconut-oil-based wax keeps things in place. It is much more expensive than drugstore floss but on the plus side you can use much less product because its not slippery, even when wet. I have tried the mint and strawberry flavors so far. They are both mild and unobtrusive. My boyfriend also said hes totally hooked on this stuff and would not go back to any other floss, although he insisted on using unwaxed before. I have shared this wonderful product with other family members as well. This simple but genius product is going to make a big difference in our dental health in the years to come.

> 3 dayIm a lifelong flossing fanatic and so happy I found this product. I normally use GLIDE deep clean tape, and while its good, it has two flaws: 1. Its prone to breaking, especially when you get down to the end of the roll, and 2. I normally have to make several wraps around my finger to secure it. And even then it often slips off, or breaks. COCOFLOSS solves these problems by being virtually unbreakable and having a non-slip surface coat that allows for a secure grip with two fingers. But most importantly is how well it cleans compared to any other floss brands out there. COCOFLOSS has a mild abrasive quality to it, so that when it glides across the tooth you can literally feel the tartar and debris scraping away. And when the job is done, COCOFLOSS rewards you with not only clean teeth, but a fresh coconut finish to boot. The only possible drawback is the price. I get it, some might feel its not too expensive for string. However, I find myself using less COCOFLOSS per flossing session compared to GLIDE; recall it doesnt break, and I dont need as much to secure to my fingers. So in the end I think the price is equivalent. But even at a premium COCOFLOSS is such an advance in flossing effectiveness and experience I strongly recommend it.

> 3 dayMy hygienist recommended Cocofloss and gave me a sample. I have now ordered several, and lreally ike how they clean much better between my teeth than the major brand floss. I do have one con, however, and it is that about 2 out of 4 of the packs result in its being hard to pull the floss out. And its tricky to open the holder itself, though once you figure it out, it is ok.
