I purchased this as a gift for my mother-in-law. She never received it...because I kept it. I opened it to verify she would be able to easily hook it up as she it not tech savvy. After opening the box, I was immediately impressed with the packaging and build quality. I hooked it up and it just worked. It was far more responsive that I anticipated, so much so that I kept it for myself. I do not regret the purchase at all!

Perfect for work purposes and amazing customer service! Everything is bright and crisp and it looks even better than the laptop itself. I was missing the necessary cable to use this monitor with the laptop model I had, but spoke with customer service and they sent me the cable for free within 2 days. Can’t say enough good things!!!

I will leave my original review below as I will not endorse the product, HOWEVER, the company took great care to address my issue and get me their new, updated monitor that appears to address all of my below concerns. They deserve more than 5* for handling the problem! I will review the new monitor on that product, but wanted to give them the credit here as well for their response and willingness to address my concerns and get me a product that suits my needs - Thank you!!!

El tamaño es perfecto, la imagen es muy buena, es super delgada, fácil de conectar y de usar, funcionó con Mac y Windows fácilmente. Definitivamente la mejor inversión para poder trabajar donde quiera con dos pantallas.

Recientemente adquirí esta pantalla portátil, y debo decir que ha sido una de las mejores inversiones que he hecho en mucho tiempo. Desde el primer momento, he quedado sorprendido por la durabilidad y versatilidad de este producto.

Fantastic bit of kit - very easy to set up and brilliantly portable. Picture quality is great and not having two lots of charging cable to monitor and laptop make it easy.

The monitor is lightweight and ideal for travel. Picture quality is very good. I like the USB type C connection, no need for separate power.

Excellent machine. The only problem I would say with it is that it defaults to 30 percent brightness every time it goes to sleep.With that said I want to turn up the brightness of the screen is still better than all the other screens have ever tried

Great to have for on the go work.

I use this mainly in portrait mode. I have a very specific use case with a small amount of space and this monitor works nicely for it.
