25-11-2024Ive used this locally when Ive gone into the office for the day (while now working from home 99% of the time). I plan to use the monitor on several trips this year where I will be working remote but will not have access to my standard home office set up. This will allow me to work with both my laptop monitor and this monitor in situations where I do not have a full size monitor (like an AirBnB situation). I was very impressed with the packaging. I appreciated the three cords provided in the kit and confirmed it will even work with my Nintendo Switch using the HDMI to mini-HDMI cord. So far, very happy with the purchase.

Actually reached out to customer service on a Saturday because I initially had a problem getting it work and was quite impressed when someone picked up. The guy I spoke to was very nice and very patient. As it turned out, it was user error on my part as I was inadvertently trying to connect it to a remote desktop instead of my laptop’s desktop.
