    When the package arrived I was pleased with how it was packed. The directions were straightforward and self explanatory, they were detailed step by step.     Cocopar have focused in on creating a dedicated portable monitor and that focus really shows in this product. Other portable monitors are fine but the attention to detail makes this product awesome for someone like me for who has hunted work mobility for nearly a decade already. It has all the inputs and definition you could want, with detail and design that ofers you that monitor size (I go a stand and sleeve too of course) and experience that makes them worth it, with al the sleekness and portability I want for business travel. The missing link in my travelling office and now part of my routine. It already makes me calmer for all my upcoming trips. I am very excited to see what other ideas they come up with down the line. Officially brand-loyal now.

Why it doesn"t work when I connect the monitor with my devices by my our USB-C cable.

Please make sure the USB-C port on your laptop is a thunderbolt 3/4 port or supports display

There are two kinds of USB-C cables, USB-C charging cable and USB-C video cable (the original one). Your own cable may be only a charging cable.

What if my laptop doesn"t have a USB-C or HDMI port?(e.g Surface Pro/ HP Elitebook/old MacBook )

Please get in touch with our support team and ask for an adapter.

What should I do if my monitor flickers?

Please make sure you’re powering the monitor by the original wall charger we provided in the package.

Is this monitor a touchscreen?

No, this monitor is a non-touch screen.

My Android phone has a USB-C port, does this monitor work with my phone/tablet by the original USB-C to USB-C cable?

Only some series of Samsung phones(please refer to the following list) work with the monitor by the original USB-C to USB-C cable we provided. Other phones/tablets will need a HDTV cable or a wireless display adapter to connect with the monitor.
