I ordered the monitor for travel so I can have two to work with. When the monitor first arrived I couldnt get it to work, so I wrote customer service they had me take a picture of my surface pro and determined that I needed an adapter cable, which they sent me immediately free of charge. Everything worked as expected until I tried to watch some streaming TV on the monitor. When watching I was getting little flashes of light, which was annoying. I wrote customer service again, immediately they diagnosed the problem as a bad cable, and sent one out and it fixed the issue. Customer service has been friendly, helpful, professional and prompt. I couldnt ask for more. Overall I am a very happy customer.

I purchased this monitor to go with my Surface Pro when traveling as I work remotely. Setup was very simple with multiple options to fit many applications. The screen resolution is great and the colors are vibrant. Highly recommend.

I had used the AOC at work and was about to buy that monitor when my wife convinced me to give this one a try. I am much more pleased with this one than the AOC because it is brighter, clearer, lighter weight and fits better in a bag with my laptop. It works great as a second monitor. It also connects to our Nintendo Switch. Had a little trouble connecting to our Macbook Pro before I had read the instruction manual, but after I read it I was able to connect it to Macbook as well.

Bought this monitor as an extra screen. It works well with my mavbookpro and does the job. It was easy to connect the screen.. it was instant with no issues. Comes with a nice premium looking cover!

I was looking for a lightweight monitor to add to my Surface when I travelled to have 2 screens. This does the trick, but it isnt everything I was hoping for. The magnetic cover is nice, but it doesnt really work as a stand. The brightness level is an issue. But it is lightweight and easily fits in by backpack for travel.

I havent used it extensively, but I am very happy with the quality of the monitor so far. This is exactly what I was looking for on those times I need to work remotely from home, and access my dual monitors at work.

Lightweight, very easy to set up, clear instructions, great customer support helpline. Everything I could possible ask for. Absolutely love how thin and lightweight it is - easy to throw in my computer bag with my laptop with barely any additional weight or bulk. Full 5 stars.

Big enough to be really efficient working and small/thin enough to throw in your backpack or briefcase on the go. Looking forward to the traveling Ill be able to do with this with remote working.

Great so far. Stand could be a bit more sturdy but great besides that.
