    I was a bit hesitant to buy this because Id never heard of the company, but I like it pretty well! Its great to sit on the bookshelf until needed, and then connect to the computer easily. I like being able to use one USB-C cable and not have to deal with multiple cords. Good to travel with, too! I took it along with my laptop in my backpack. I dont know how it is for gaming but it works really well for business use. My only issue is with getting it to stand still - I wish the stand was made of metal or something instead of vinyl... it sometimes takes a minute to set it up just right so it wont fall. No regrets though!

    Added this to my laptop for second display. Built well with a nice protective cover that folds into a stand. Comes with connection cables usb-c and mini hdmi. Nice picture quality and colour. Excellent monitor for the price.

Why it doesn"t work when I connect the monitor with my devices by my our USB-C cable.

Please make sure the USB-C port on your laptop is a thunderbolt 3/4 port or supports display

There are two kinds of USB-C cables, USB-C charging cable and USB-C video cable (the original one). Your own cable may be only a charging cable.

What if my laptop doesn"t have a USB-C or HDMI port?(e.g Surface Pro/ HP Elitebook/old MacBook )

Please get in touch with our support team and ask for an adapter.

What should I do if my monitor flickers?

Please make sure you’re powering the monitor by the original wall charger we provided in the package.

Is this monitor a touchscreen?

No, this monitor is a non-touch screen.

My Android phone has a USB-C port, does this monitor work with my phone/tablet by the original USB-C to USB-C cable?

Only some series of Samsung phones(please refer to the following list) work with the monitor by the original USB-C to USB-C cable we provided. Other phones/tablets will need a HDTV cable or a wireless display adapter to connect with the monitor.
