I really don’t see much of an improvement as far as my teeth being whiter.The flavor is great and it is not too strong. It leaves my mouth feelin fresh and clean.

I have noticed that my teeth appear whiter with this product.

I love this toothpaste, it actually whitens your teeth pretty quick and leaves your mouth feeling refreshed and clean!

Thats a powerful tooth paste! Even in the first use the whitening is slightly noticeable. Also the freshness you feel after using it is delicious!

I chewed tobacco for 8 years and drink coffee every day. My teeth are rough. They may be a few shades whiter after 7 days of use, but that could also just be a placebo effect or wishful thinking. But all I can say is wow, my mouth *feels* so clean for most of the day after brushing with this in the morning. I can have my coffee, eat lunch, and when I come home my teeth still feel very clean. That alone makes this worth a buy. I havent noticed any sensitivity or pain and I have a large amount of exposed root tip because of the tobacco use in the past and lots of calluses on my teeth.

Excellent stuff I recommend to anyone who has yellow stained teeth from many years of smoking. I don’t smoke anymore and been so embarrassed by the yellowing of my teeth so when I read what renewal guarantees I decided to try it! I’m reading the negative reviews And everyone knows that there’s always someone that has a allergic reactions to new products and also you need to follow instructions on box or tube you only need a small amount of toothpaste on your toothbrush if you put to much ....absolutely it’ll cause those reactions. Read the entire information on the outer box before using!! Just felt like sharing that so as not to detour anyone from buying this fabulous product I’ve been using Colgate toothpaste for 25 years and now with the new optic white renewal, I’m set for life as long as it’s available.

Have used this for several years now. It really does whiten your teeth several shades with just daily brushing. Great minty flavor. I am elderly and teeth tend to yellow a bit, but this brightens them right up. There are several kinds that you think are the same. They come in the same boxes. But it must say OPTIC WHITE

The tube was not sealed. Only half of the content in the tube. Poor quality control impact on the reputation of Colgate. Too bad.

I am a 70 year old woman with all of my own teeth. I recently went to the dentist for my 6 month cleaning and discussed whitening options. I love coffee and tea and have at least 4-5 cups a day - more if I can get to it! Unfortunately, the teeth suffer as they get yellow from the coffee/tea stain. Whitening at the dentist office was over $250 and then there was follow-up products at $12/use. Ive tried whitening strips and brush on products - all with poor results. This toothpaste is amazing!! My teeth are much whiter after only a couple of weeks (twice daily use) and I love the taste. Really - at least 3-4 shades lighter. Even my husband has commented on how much brighter they look. Cost is worth every penny because it works!

It does whiten and probably works better than most whitening toothpastes that you buy for a reasonable price but they say it removes 10 years of stains like it is going to give you gleaming white teeth. unless you have white teeth to begin with, it probably wont.
