Used for my cockatiels cage, need to now if it’s washable

After reading on a bird forum that birds need a bedtime (I didnt know) we bought this for our CWPs cage. We are up pretty late and were keeping him up and letting him hang out with us. We put this on his cage and his whole temperament and disposition changed. He puts himself to bed at 8pm now and we close him up and hes so happy. This is great washable material. Breathable. No scent and great magnet. Easy to use, even my 10 year old can put it on.

Simple to use, easy to fold, fantastic item. This is a great item for our bird cage. Simple magnetics keeps it attached to the cage. Simply wrap around cage and walk away.

This bird cage cover is made with high quality materials and works great! Beautiful heavy duty light-proof fabric, with the strongest magnets Ive ever run across that are sewn into the top and are an amazing plus. Beautiful artwork on it as well. *If your bird likes to chew through fabric close to the cage, I found that if you make an extention out of some wire at the corners or cut up a water noodle to go over bars along the top,and attach it at the corners to push the fabric out away from the cage, theres enough fabric to accomplish that. I highly recommend this product. No perks for this review.

Overall the cover is good. However, I wish the fabric was thicker. Cannot have the cover on partially to prevent cold drafts. My Amazon parrot has to be supervised at all times when the cover is not on completely.

This has made my life so much easier with the magnets. Fits my bird cage perfectly!

Why didn’t anyone think of this sooner? Whether you have a play top cage or not, this works. Just attach to the metal. My green-cheek conure yelled when I put him to bed and early in the morning. That stopped when I got this cover. Now he goes to bed on time and is quiet in the morning. No complaints.

Works well, however the color is more like lime green and I would have rather had the color teal like what is shown in the photo.

I waited to write this review because I wanted to truly test the quality of this product. It’s been 6 months and I can honestly say this thing is amazing! My birds love this and refuse to sleep without it. Easy to clean, sturdy material, very durable. I would buy more if they had more color selections.
