I’ve had this product for two months used it about four times. And on the fifth time it started acting weird. The metal components are rusted/corroded. And the external charging prongs on the back are corroding. When paying almost $60 for a product I would hope that it would at least last a year, if not longer. I know it’s too late to return to get a refund but I definitely would like my money back.

I purchased this at the beginning of May and used it 5 times (1x per week) and it stopped working properly. It is fully charged, but wont stay on when I push the button. Instead, it turns itself on randomly when its in the box and run a full cycle. The indicator that the cycle is done keeps beeping. Definitely not purchasing this again. What a waste of money.

This is my second purchase of one of these. The first one was a total dud - no bubbles - nothing. This one at least makes some bubbles - but few. You do need to move your fruits and vegs around - and they do recommend putting some salt in the water. At that point Im wondering - just add the salt in to the water - let your fruits and vegs set in the water a bit and rinse. Do we really need one of these? Who knows if it works... I had high hopes though. Everyone wishes for a better mousetrap, right? Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. Doesn’t work. Don’t recommend

I was actually very pleased with this; however, I can’t get it to charge when connected, so it’s basically useless

Its quiet, and it does a decent job cleaning produce. I rinse my fruit before filling a container or sink with the produce because, naturally, you will see some debris. With this, after the allotted amount of time soaking, you will notice tiny bits of debris floating in the water (don’t forget to rinse them again after that). when I used it for meat, the dirt inside was really visible to the naked eye. It’s really clean after soaking. I recommend everyone to start with it. It feels well-made, and it’s aesthetically pleasing. I’m not one to keep things on my counter, but this wouldn’t look cluttery. I’m not sure of the long-term durability because we haven’t had it long enough, but I hope it lasts a long time because I like it.

I used the product several times and did not see any evidence that it deep cleaned my veggies or fruits.

This is suppose to be submerged in water. It only work for two times and stop working. I also notice water accumulating within the unit. There is no way to drain all the water within the unit. Now the water coming out of the unit is brown like rust. I do not think this product is safe to use when brown water comes out.

First of all, couldn’t get it to work. And I tried. Really wanted this asap, to clean my produce but it’s not giving what is supposed to give. I’ll just go ahead and return and try something else.
