The larger size of these can hold heaviers objects, but these are perfect for lighter frames. Or if you wish to add more of them to a heavier frame that could work as well.

Using them to mount a picture frame. It is pretty easy to do it. After following the instruction, the frame was mounted pretty sturdy. It is very convenient to use it.

Im renting my condo right now and these work great. Be careful when you take them off as sometimes they can remove paint

EDIT: Im stupid. While writing this review my single and only braincell started warming up and by the time I hit submit I thought hmm... maybe these ones arent like the old ones I had and have the classic fuzzy Velcro side & plastic-hook side (the last product I had, both strips were the plastic grabby hooks and stuck together perfect so I assumed these were the same). Dug it up from the trash and pulled all of them out of the bag this time. Sure enough, there second row had fuzzy sided strips and it sticks awesome. Also, it holds on very good. When I pulled it off last time (when I was a big dumb dumb and put the wrong pieces together) it resisted a good amount and once it let go it smacked the crap out of my hand. I am not the brightest bulb in the toolbox but the good news is its definitely not falling off anytime soon! Old review so you can read it and wonder how I didnt realize how small my brain is: Disappointed because I had some before that worked great, but no matter how many pairs I grab and try to stick together... The Velcro just will not grab on. When I push them together, it feels exactly the same as the old product I had, but it very, and I mean VERY easily comes back apart.

Used these in an office to hang a hanging file which did not stay well using these, one side would stay but not the other side. These did work pretty well for small picture frames to put on the wall without having to put a hole in the wall. Worked out for a business.

Who needs to go through the trouble of using a hammer and nail when you can use this? Very easy to use, rarely damages your wall and holds firm and steady. I have been using this for months now and loving it
