If youve previously used the standard composite AV cable, you will quickly notice that the picture quality grows to be clearer. If not, it is definitely the prefered cable for HDTVs. If anyone would like to see the difference, they can compare my YouTube videos of PSP gameplay. (Received March 5, 2016)

Shipped fast, great value, works perfectly! It would be nice to have a longer cable, but the price is right!

I basically got this like brand new .. And was eager to try it out on my TV and projector ... And the colors are just ALL wrong ... I did the settings all correctly and even checked which cables it was . The green and blue HAVE to both be in for the picture and one of their colors are off .. Blue looks green and red looks very purplish which is not worth the money considering you can now play on your psp

Works with my PSP-3000 model. The plastic around the plugs will slide off, but that isnt a big deal. My biggest complaint is the cord length. However, I just use some composite/RCA couplers and a standard component cable to stretch it to my couch. PS1 games will display in full screen on the TV, however, PSP games will only display in their native resolution. If you TV does not have a zoom in feature, to get it to full screen, then you are out of luck. Still bigger than the PSP screen, but it wont be the size of the TV. It is not the fault of the cable, just how the PSP operates.

Im doing more testing to try to see if this was a good purchase, but as of yet it seems fine? Ill probably edit this later on if I get more definitive answers, but my findings as of yet are: I have two displays I have tested this on: a plasma EDTV (Zenith P42W46X), and a Convex component-capable CRT (Sharp 27C530). The PS1 output at 240p seems to be great? I can only do it on the CRT as the plasma cannot handle 240p. The EDTV has small amounts of visual noise that do not show up with my other cables, though the intensity depends upon the input I use, one being worse than the other. I dont know really what that is; it could be the cable, the PSP, the TVs decoder. I am betting on the cable being the problem, only slightly so as its still fine the majority of the time and I am pretty happy with my purchase.
