> 3 dayNice and solid, easy to break off where you need to. Doesnt splinter like wood wedges, and I suspect that they wont change size over time like the wood ones do. Highly recommended.

> 3 dayThese are made from a good quality plastic that allows the shim to bend and not snap and they dont deform easily under a weight. Since these do not snap easily, they are better suited for placing under a table, workbench, etc., that needs to be leveled up so as not to rock. They are not well suited for construction tasks, such as shimming a window or door during installation--wood is the better choice there.

Greater than one weekI used these to level the granite on my outdoor kitchen. They DO NOT snap off like you would imagine, BUT they do the job and can be scored with a box knife and then snapped off, or cut flush with a grinder if you have the room.

> 3 dayI use shims for many projects and have used cedar shims for many years with good results. But these are far superior. First, they are heavier duty and can be hammered in place with easy. Second, these are made from a material composite that will last longer than the cedar shims in cases where moisture is present. Cedar is good, mind you, but composite is even better, easier to use, stronger and longer lasting. I will order more as I go through these quickly.

> 3 dayThere are easy to break and work for my projects. I used them to shim a door frame in a bathroom and had no problems. Good deal.

> 3 daySomeone recently bumped into our basketball hoop with their car and bent one of the supporting beams. This is almost impossible to fix or I used some of these wedges under the corner where the beam was bent. A simple yet effective way to level up the hoop again! This being said, 50 cents a piece seems expensive for what these are. I sincerely hope that you will find my review helpful.
