> 3 daySame issues with closing cover while cord in use as other users reported, even on the 20A. Also, had to change out the 20A GFCI receptacle to a WR/TR rated receptacle to meet current (2014 NEC) code for residential installation. For the price, I was expecting it to meet current codes.

21-04-2025I am very happy with this purchase. The box is made of good quality materials and VERY easy to install. The directions are on the inside of the lid. Depending on how long the run is, youll need thick wire. I used 6 gauge for a little less than 50 ft. The box requires a 4 wire hookup (black, red, white, green and a bare ground cable). So all you have to do on the box side is hook up to the terminals based on the wiring diagram and itll be up and running in no time.
