Nice medium weight cotton, washed and dried without too much shrinkage or twisting. Some ravel of threads at edges but less than many colors, and nice blend of colors.

Connecting Threads is my go-to place for my quilting needs (their thread is AWESOME!) and I love that Im finding more of it here on Amazon so I can get Prime shipping when I just want one or two things. Using the pattern to make an item for a swap Im part of.

Gift for daughter.

I bought this fabric to use for quilting. First off, the colours are absolutely gorgeous, so Im very pleased with that. That said, I was under the impression that there would be 22 of usable fabric in each square but there are selvage edges on each one that I have unfolded that take up enough of the fabric that Im losing about 1/2 an inch on each one. That may not be a big deal to some people but the quilt Im making is huge with over 3,000 little pieces to sew together just for the squares so thats disappointing to me. All of that said these seemed like a great price compared to some of the competition and they are seriously suuuch beautiful colours.
