Used for a child’s birthday party and it looked great. It was easy to put together and hang up. Pieces are very sturdy and can be used over and over. I donated our set to the preschool to use for future birthdays.

Quality of the whole item is durable color is very nice, my daughter like it n I can reuse due to the sturdy material used, ballon is good quality as well highly recommend

Got this for our 3 year old son’s birthday party and this was extremely easy to put together. Balloon and the garlands are pricey and this is an inexpensive small way to make your own. With my husband and oldest son’s help, we got this done in 30 minutes.

We used these for my sons 4th birthday party. He loved the decorations! There’s an assortment of balloons and construction vehicles. You did have to assembly the happy birthday sign yourself but other than that, we loved these decorations!

I purchased this item for my sons 2nd birthday party and it was a great addition to other items we purchased. The banners require assembly, but it was easy. I liked that I could put the vehicles in different locations than pictured. The cut-outs are slick (laminated instead of standard paper) which was a nice surprise. The image is only on one side of the cut-out, so be mindful of that if you are using it where the back is visible. I purchased a disposable tablecloth from Wal-Mart in orange. The orange on the cut-outs is dull, while the balloons are vibrant, but they still pair nicely. None of the balloons had holes, but one of them was dirty. The only negative thing I have to say is the smaller banner was missing the string, so I had to use something else to hang it.

Absolutely perfect and worth the money, everything came in speperate packaging and was very easy to keep track of all of the different pieces!

Great kit for my sons 2 year birthday party. Id give it five stars but you have to strung the banners manually with the provided string which took some time for all three banners.

This was pretty cool and came with a lot, but 4 of the balloons had holes in them. I did like the little sticky dots it came with though.
