The wheels (and their mounting brackets) bend out significantly when the luggage is packed (under 50 lbs.) likely due to poor structural support across the lower back portion of the bag. Additionally, the luggage carrying strap (or more specifically the straps snap bracket) broke apart during my third trip with the bag. This bag is good for light use only.

20-04-2025Iuggage looks to be well made and the type of bag we wanted. Durability will be determined after using it and seeing how it holds up after airline baggage handlers treat it.
