These hooks matched the original hooks on my 36 inch Cooks Kitchen pot rack/shelf purchased 16 years ago. They are a perfect match in size, shape, and quality. They are actually a little shorter than 4.25 inches which matches the older hooks I have. Packaging and shipping was just fine, no problems to report.

Love the rack & the hooks included. I prefer the swivel hooks to the stationary ones. It is easier to keep your pots organized with the swivels. I highly recommend this complete system to anyone reading this. I love mine & is so much easier than stacking in a cabinet where they can fall over or scratch.

My husband ordered the pot rack, and I loved it so much, I ordered the extra hooks so I can put all my pots up and clear some space in my cabinets. They work well, you will just need to make sure you anchor your rack into studs of you want it to hold more weight! I love it!
