> 3 dayAfter using the G502 Proteus for almost 2 years (still an amazing mouse), being completely adjusted to it, I decided to venture out and try something new. I have been wanting to get a lighter mouse since the Glorious Model O came but I couldnt get myself to purchase it after seeing all the problems with shipping/orders that a majority of people seemed to run into. Im so happy I decided upon the MM710 with its more plump back end, ergonomically for me it feels amazing. So, with all that being said. To answer some questions Im sure everybody wants to know, that myself was worried about when I purchased it. Yes - Hybrid, Claw, Palm (for smaller hands) are the most ideal for this mouse. Yes - Going from G502 to this, it feels like there is literally nothing in your hand, Im still getting used to the feeling. Yes - This mouse IS SMALLER then your typical gaming mouse, please account for this. Yes - Some reviewers complained of a rattle inside the mouse, my retail one still makes the rattle sound, BUT it is not nearly as loud as the prototype models. Seriously, you can barely hear it. No - The thumb mouse button 1 & 2 have not changed. They are still squishy when pressing them. If thats a deal breaker for you, I would look else where. Yes - The integrity of the shell (especially where the thumb buttons are) is more rigid and doesnt have much if it all flex when pressed in. Would also like to point out, nobody should be squeezing their mouse that hard anyways. Bad. No - They didnt completely fix the wobble of the mouse click buttons. Again, still improved from how bad some of the reviewer mice were. Hopefully this review helps some people figure out on whether or not to pull the trigger. Honestly, Ive only used it for two days and dont think ill ever be able to go back when I get used to this lightweight mouse. The MM710 is truly amazing, not to mention its price point, and quick/no hassle shipping through amazon (looking at you Glorious Model). Just buy it already!

> 3 dayIve gone on a bit of a mouse spree lately, picking up about 5 mice to try out. This mouse was recommended as great for its price, and I would tend to agree with that. Its a bit smaller than mice that Ive used, but is nice and lightweight, and feels good in my hand. I use a hybrid claw/palm grip, and have fairly large hands. I was able to comfortably use this mouse. The software for it is pretty decent, and I was able to configure it to my likings without any issues. The software did require that a firmware update be pushed before I could use it, which I appreciate as I always want to be on the latest firmware for my peripherals. As for the negatives, theres two things that hold this mouse back from being my daily. First, the sensor position is weird, and it throws off my aim in FPS games. Not anything major, and something I could get used to, but Im not that invested in this mouse. The second issue is the back button has a ton of over-travel. It will go fully inside the body of the mouse and keep going if I kept pressing on it. Its bad enough that its noticeable with normal use. The saving grace of this mouse, and the reason Im keeping it, is the bluetooth connectivity. Im going to throw this in my laptop bag and have it be my travel mouse. For that use, its fantastic, and Im happy that I picked it up.

> 3 dayGoing from the G502 to the MM710 felt like I took off my training weights. What a world of difference. 2 years later, my MM710 is still going strong (despite my sweaty palms) and my G502 is still collecting dust.

Greater than one weekI bought this mouse in december 2019, sadly in november 2022 the wire started failing, AFAIK I didnt kink the cable or anything but it started to get to the point where it would disconnect for a couple of seconds multiple times a day I used it for those 3 years non stop both for work and gaming so more than 10 hours daily

Greater than one weekThis is a great mouse overall, good size, solid construction, plenty of airflow so your hands dont get sweaty. You can even change the lighting on it which is great if you are all about matching your machine. However, less than two years into it and all of a sudden, the mouse starts double clicking. I tried to change my double-click settings, but it doesnt help at all. For some reason, the mouse just reads a click as two and while I can work around it sometimes, the majority of the time it makes it unusable for certain applications. Had to buy another to replace it, unfortunately. Cooler Master - fix your glitch.

> 3 dayBought in 2020 and used heavily everyday, but now the middle mouse button is starting to seize up. My Logitech G9 on the other hand is still going strong after 10 years.

> 3 dayAll the buttons and scroll wheel on my copy feel tight and clicky. No detectable rattle in normal use. So many reviewers have criticized the quality of this mouse, but that was when it was new. My experience buying this mouse a few years later was the complete opposite. This mouse is excellent. Great weight, nice shape, good feet, light and flexible cable, buttons feel solid. The complaints I have a very minor. The cable twists, the feet have sharp corners (no problems caused there yet), side button shape is kind of weird (not detrimental to gameplay). and the bulky rear end is a bit much for fingertip grip (for me, anyway. Your experience may vary. My hands are about 18cm long). If you like symmetrical claw grip mice, this is an excellent budget option. Would also work in fingertip for larger hands Im sure.

> 3 dayOne of my favorite mice, I guess I was lucky with QC, I have removed half of the mouse and it still clicks and feels great. I got some Kailh GM 4.0 to put into it, my favorite switches, need to do that soon. Wish it was wireless. The sensor is good, tracks well. Never really had an issue with their software but I have used some dodgy mouse software before so its at least better than something from Ziyoulang I have to say. I really wish the CM720 had a wireless version, I didnt have to remove a bit of it and it feels so good to use, reminds me of the old Logitech Wingman mice, used to love those.
