Cooler Master MP511 XXL Gaming Mouse Pad with Splash-Resistant,Durable Cordura Fabric, Anti-Slip Rubber Base for Gaming Mouse (MP-511-CBXC1)

Been looking for a desk-size mousepad that seemingly never ends, and this has become it. Its incredibly well made and is just as good as any other expensive gaming mouse pad Ive used but I love the texture and the size. Easy to clean off, should be using it for a long time to come.

Prior to this pad I used the Swift-RX by Cooler Master with a G305, and MM710. Let me say this pad absolutely will improve your accuracy. Despite the material being a bit rough the experiences is very smooth when moving the mouse. As other reviewers state the force needed to both start and stop the mouse is identical, essentially no sticking. You will feel more confident with your aim on this mouse pad. IMPORTANT: The only thing to note is that this mouse pad does not play well with all mouse sensors. My MM710 works flawlessly with it, but my G305 has weird issues with lift off distance (LoD), and unfortunately with all HERO sensor mice you are unable to manually adjust (LoD). I find the LoD becomes extremely high and unstable, constantly adjusting and as such my mouse cursor starts to slide all over the place in an uncontrollable fashion. Funny thing though is, my G305 works flawlessly when setting the mouse pad longer side vertically instead of the standard horizontal. So if you are using a G305 or G Pro Wireless and are okay setting the mouse pad longer side vertically you should have no problems from my experience.

I am going to start with the negatives first: - The stitching on the edges fray very easily, nothing major but it is noticeable. - Yes the surface is rough, but after about two weeks, it softens up like all other mouse pads Now thats out of the way, who is this mouse pad for? For me, I have a fondness for lightweight gaming mice and hyperglides as they allow effortless gliding over surfaces and precise control when you need it. However this makes them more reliant on the proper mouse pads. The main issue Ive had with normal cloth gaming pads was that the surface would wear out quickly due to the material of the mouse feet. Another point; Yes the cloth material along with the thickness of the pads would offer more control, but to find consistency within this control would prove to be difficult. I am also an FPS player that prefers snipers and single tap weapons where my flick shots can come into effect. A lightweight gaming mouse can prove difficult to control with fine tune adjustments especially when making those flick shots, but this pad allows you to get to where you need with speed while allowing the control for the fine tune adjustments for the all important headshots. This mouse pad also has a greater resistance on the Y axis as opposed to the X axis which I prefer with my play style. I also find this mouse pad to reduce strain on my fingers from gripping the mouse tighter to dig the mouse feet into the pad to find that point of control. So, to conclude this review, this mouse pad is NOT for everyone. If you rely on flick shots over tracking. If you find normal cloth pads to provide too much resistance, causing you to lose speed, this mouse pad might fulfill your needs.

I like everything about this mouse pad, even the texture. Ive used a wired Viper, Viper Ultimate, Rival 310, G403, Deathadder, and a mm710 without any tracking issues. Out of the box, up to down movements were noticeably slower than side to side; however, with time the pad has become the most reliable pad I have ever used. Its easy to keep clean. The only negative is that the logo doesnt glow in the dark but doesnt take away from the reasons I bought it to begin with. I highly recommend trying it out.

It will improve your aim but if it doesnt then you have to realize that mousepads dont make the player, the player makes the mousepad. I truly believe if youre good any cheap mousepad will be fine but spending money helps the economy so go for it kid.

It has been over a year since I purchased this and I gotta say that this pad is very interesting. Its kind of a hybrid; has control but also kind of speedy. The cordura fabric is very unique to put on a mousepad giving it a bumpy yet smooth texture. For $25, I think its worth buying it if you want to try something different. If you want to wash this without damaging it, use dish soap and use it lightly; dont put too much and dont drench it, just lightly scrub the surface.

Different than any other mousepad ive ever had. I love it. Glides perfectly with my Razor Deathadder and Razor Viper. Def using for quite a while.

Love this product. The XL model covers a larger area of the desk. LED lights are awesome.

After a few months, Im glad to report that no slow spots have developed yet! Its still one of my fastest pads, despite the rougher texture that youd expect to slow you down. I find the rough texture oddly soothing, but if you dont like it, Id suggest buying an arm sleeve. The waterproof-ness works excellently, as Ive spilled numerous drinks, but virtually zero stains and every one always wiped off easily without needing to even pick up the pad. My only complaint is that these branded mouse pads are a little expensive, but for that price, you are getting an amazing product!

RGB slightly brighter around the edges of the XL mat but it still looks pretty good, the quality of the pad outweighs any rgb concerns. #1 ranked, On rocketjumpninja’s recommended, I’d say this pad leans more towards control than speed but I’m moving a lot more smoothly over my reflexlab pad. 3 more inches in height than standard XL pads and I think an inch or two longer. Highly recommend.
