> 3 dayWhen I purchased this set I needed to use them as soon as they arrived! I was counting on their quality. The medium suitcase didn’t have the lock on it, just little holes where the lock should have been. Had I not needed the suitcase immediately, I would have contacted the seller. I used it anyway. I wasn’t disappointed by the quality…even with the missing hardware. For the dollar amount, it’s a pretty good value!

> 3 dayUPDATE: The company reached out and made it right. Great service. They seem ok. But the smallest came with a broken wheel

Greater than one weekI dumped our old bags in the trash can after the handle broke on one while on trip. I tested these on next trip 1 and ohh was I rocking that airport. Those wheels are so smooth and quiet, at the baggage claim, you just stand relaxed and when you see it coming, you smile and say....there is my sleek bag rocking the baggage claim red carpet. Unique design so you easily spot. I used to tear old tshirts and tie on bags esp for international flights ...You walk there looking sleek and go on your way :)

> 3 dayThese have traveled cross-country with me once and so far so good! No issues flying with them and no quality/wear issues. My only complaint is that the extendable handles and the wheels feel a little unsteady, but thats about on par for the price. They are also just as cute as they are in the photos and I would recommend them!

> 3 dayI just got my new set of luggage and it is very attractive and sturdy. Lots of zipper pockets and I love the code lock feature on each case. My only complaint are the attached pictures. That case was clearly used and returned and added to this set. The wheels are dirty, the scratches on the handle are shown too. The two other cases had plastic on the handles that one did not. However, I’ll keep it as it seems in good shape and one trip down the baggage area of a plane will most likely cause the same issues. I’m excited to use them in our upcoming cruise. So one less star for the damage but other than that a very sturdy, pretty set.

> 3 dayIm taking a two week cruise and the ever shrinking airline luggage requirements forced me to look for new luggage. This three piece ensemble looks great. Based on the most critical reviews, I tested all the zippers, handles, wheels and locks (more on the locks later) to make sure they (respectively) zipped, lifted and retracted, spun and unlocked. They did. The TSA locks allow inspectors to open the suitcase and you to travel without locks (and how many travel locks have we all bought?). So its a great concept and the instructions are straightforward. But it seemed like I might need a third hand to lock the two zipper tabs into the mechanism, because theyre pretty finicky about what the bar will pass through (and I dont know what happens if one of the zipper tabs come off or breaks). Perhaps when its filled with clothes, it may be an easier fit, but that was a bit of a challenge; but it works and they look great and amazingly, the allowable (at least on American) carry-on is really spacious; thats a plus until someone tries to put their carry on in the overhead that has this in it. I think the documentation, which consists of how to set the TSA locks might be better -- how to clean, how to (down the line, if necessary) replace the wheels. The two larger cases have a zipper lining (which Ive never seen before which seems to create a good place to keep shoes and/or laundry separate from clean clothes so thats a plus. Not a lot of internal bells and whistles -- but lots of external zip spaces. One last note: PAY ATTENTION TO HOW THE THREE BAGS ARE PACKED WHEN YOU TAKE THEM OUT OF THE BOX. They are efficiently stored inside each other; trying to achieve that again was a bit of an exercise (that would be nice in the documentation as well). All in all, though, they look exactly like the picture, the construction is solid and the fabric seems very strong. I will add how it all went when I return from the cruise as these are travelling on car to airport, three flights and two weeks at sea. I do have a good feeling about them though, and hope Im right. Oh and the price point is unbelievable.

> 3 dayUpdate: Ive now used the set a couple of times and I definitely recommend it if youre looking for affordable luggage. Its not a premium set by any means, but it does the job well. I used the carry-on size on a southwest flight and it fit perfectly into the overhead bin. I was also able to fit a weeks worth of clothes in it so I wouldnt have to check a bag, and given that Im plus size, thats quite an accomplishment. It seems to be a pro if having a thin liner. Original: My husband and I are going on a trip and both of our suitcases are broken. I mustve spent 5 hours looking at luggage before I got mad and gave up. I got back to it a couple weeks later because we were running out of time. Again, I spent hours looking until I was frazzled by reviews, brand comparisons, sizes, and types. At the last minute, I settled on this set for three reasons. #1: The reviews were the least scary by comparison. #2: The price. This set is twenty bucks more than the other set I had narrowed it down to, but this set had the luggage lock so it felt worth it. #3: Shipping time. This was able to get here before our trip. They said it would take 5 days and arrive on a Friday. We leave on Sunday. I never thought it would make it when I saw it was shipping from the west coast since were on the east coast, but it made it! We havent used any of them yet so I will update the review after our trip and as time goes on, but from first impressions, theyre good for the price. The lining is thin and basic, but its exactly what the photos showed so thats not a surprise. The interior pocket is a basic mesh pouch. Its nothing fancy, but again, its as expected. The sides seem sturdy for soft-side luggage, at least much sturdier than the Walmart Protege suitcase I bought that didnt last. They do store inside each other, although its hard to get them back in there. You have to pay attention to the wheels because they get stuck on the side and it seems like it would be easy to break the zipper if youre not careful. It does roll really well. I even rolled it across some carpet and it was fine. The luggage locks do work. I dont love the built-in luggage tag, but its there and it does work. Its really small though. Im not sure it would be noticed if lost. So far Im pleased. I ordered the black and orange combo. The orange is really peachy, but it stands out which was the point. We wanted something that might be noticeable at baggage claim and this seems to be that.
