I just moved into a new apartment, Ive been looking for a nice vacuum but also not too expensive, and I absolutely love this one, its great for my small apartment. I love the design and it also gets the job done very well!

I dont normally review things so quickly after receiving them but holy moly. This works great! I got this after my Shark vacuum cleaner started to clog up and I got sick of using the proprietary power adapter. Pros: - Easy to put together - Adjustable height and handheld mode (great for cleaning out your car) - Dust cup clearly shows whats been collected - Fairly light (about 7-8 lbs) and flexible Cons: - Wont stand upright by itself. You will need to lean it against a wall or use the docking station for the main piece - Battery ranges from 15-20 mins which isnt really a problem if youre in a smaller space. Overall, I have no complaints so far. Its already worlds better in terms of its modularity.

For the price paid, this vacuum is great for its size, suction power and weight. Very happy with the purchase and make it easy to clean hard to reach places.

I received this vacuum in November of 2022 and it has been great! Last week the battery suddenly started to die out a few minutes in, even after being fully charged. I contacted customer service to ask for advice and they asked for a video of the problem. Immediately after they said theyd send me a new battery. Received that within the week and it is back to working perfectly. Customer service was awesome. I definitely recommend this vacuum because it works very well, but also because customer service will take care of things quickly if you need them. :)

This vacuum has 2 modes of suction: first mode is useless as it won’t pick up anything and the second mode is mediocre. Lots of great attachment’s and the vacuum looks legit, but frankly doesn’t do what it’s supposed to do. Disappointed.

Owner of a single cat in a small apartment. This is great for cat litter and hairs on hard surfaces. When using on carpet it does not have another power and bristle strength to clean dirt out of eye site. It is however lightweight and quiet. If you’re looking for an alternative to a Dyson, this is NOT it. EDIT: incredible customer service!

The usual low gear is enough, the sound is also okay low gear with the home hair dryer sound size is about the same, the brush head is complete, the hair what can be quickly resolved

I was really excited for this vacuum, especially since it seemed perfect for my small NY apartment, but there are some design flaws that make it frustrating to use. First, it is very top- heavy, and regularly falls over unless stored upside down. This makes it difficult for storage, as even propped up in a corner, itll slide over easily if slightly disturbed. And, if it is placed upside down or on its side, any remaining particles in the filter will fall out and undo any previous vacuuming. The suction also stops working fairly quickly, on either setting; Ive had this vacuum for maybe 6 months, and it already is less effective than a hand-held vacuum. I wouldnt recommend this product, especially given how expensive it was, and would gladly trade it in for something better.

Have been looking for a replacement for a Dirt Devil I had years ago. This one is very lightweight and picks up a lot of everything…dust, crumbs, even hair! I originally purchased it for mostly the kitchen and dining areas. I have medium dark wood floors in 80% of my home. This one is so easy to use, I can give all 2200+ square feet a quick vacuum. The small amount of carpet I have in 3 bedrooms is a new, low pile and it works just fine on them also. It’s not going to replace a true carpet vacuum but it’s great for just a quick run over. It’s perfect for my hardwood and tile floors. I’m amazed at how much is vacuumed up and it’s easy to empty the canister. Wish the wall hook was made for storing the attachments too.

So far very happy with this purchase. I have arthritis in my hands an I can pick this up an use it easy. And it works really good.
