My original must’ve had a faulty battery so they offered to send me a brand new vacuum! Not many brands go above & beyond the way they have. Their customer service is top notch. Thus I am now changing my review to 5 stars. I highly recommend this brand if you’re in the market for a new vacuum. So I purchased this vacuum mainly for the bending feature to get under tables & furniture. This feature would be great if the vacuum head actually stayed on the hard floor. The head lifts up making it very hard to maneuver & doesn’t pick anything up which is pointless. I found myself not using the bend feature at all which beats the purpose of this particular vacuum. It did a good job of picking up on hard floor/carpet using it the standard way but it was way louder than I expected it to be based on the specs. The brush roll pops out making it is easy to clean which is great & the lights are also very helpful. The battery life is terrible- i charged it out the box for the full 4.5 hrs. I have a tiny 2 bedroom apt & I was only able to do my small kitchen & stairs before the battery died completely (I mainly used low suction as well) it only lasted about 15 minutes. I wanted to love it but it’s going back. I recommend just getting a regular telescoping stick vacuum.

Don’t get scammed by sponsored ads. A hairdryer has more power than this cheap vacuum. Waste of money.

First of all I want you all to know that customer service for this company is outstanding! Diana was easy to deal with when I had an issue with my first vacuum. She fixed the issue promptly and went above and beyond. I bought this for our 34 foot RV camper and its perfect for it. Storage is no problem and the battery lasts a long time. I have only used it on hardwood flooring and a small area rug and it cleaned well. The pretty blue color is a bonus!

I had to write this review, because this is the worst stick vacuum imaginable! The thing is useless on the low power, so you have to put it on high power to get any suction. The other reviews made it seem like this thing would do the job. I have 3 pets, all with short fur. I wanted to use this on a level of my house that has mostly LVP, but also some area rugs. It does pick up many things, including pet fur, off the LVP. That is about all the more credit I will give this piece of junk. Wouldnt pick up anything heavier than fur off the LVP, and forget about the area rugs or carpet. It wont even pick up kitty litter off rugs, and those individually are VERY small and lightweight. This item is lightweight and has a long battery life, but what good are those features when it doesnt pick up anything off your floors? If you dont actually have anything to vacuum up, then this is a good item, it will make lines on your carpet to give you the illusion of cleanliness. But if your house actually gets dirty, and you need the vacuum to pick up whatever is making your floors unclean, then stay away from this. It wont help. Needless to say, Im in the process of returning it.

I saw this on a daily deal on one of the shopping groups I follow. There is NO WAY that this is an almost $500 vacuum, barely worth the $90 I got it for after coupons. Do not believe the reviews. Returning this immediately.

This vacuum really picks it up! It also doesnt get clogged like some weve had before, so you can get the whole area cleaned before emptying the container. It also is easier to take apart for cleaning than our previous units of this style. The bendable tube that goes from the power head to the sweeper/brush end is very handy. Using this, its easy to get underneath furniture, etc. without moving it completely out of the way. It really feels like a substantial unit, and I expect it will last for a good while.

I love this cordless stick vacuum. It is lightweight. The floor part rolls very well, easy to move to where I want it. The suction is great, I mostly use the low level, but use the higher level on carpets. Its easy to change tools, very easy to get under couches and chairs. I really like that it is cordless! I wish I had known about this sooner.

Works ok on wood floors or linoleum to pick up dirt, dust, pet hair but not carpet. Dont buy this machine if you expect to deep vacuum your carpet.

I’m not sure how this vaccum has so many high reviews !!! It doesn’t work. Suction is terrible , I had to go over little pieces of stuff over and over again for it to pick it up . It says 60 minutes running time. After charging it for 7 hours. It lasted 10-15 ‘minutes and it died . Half the time looses power !!! Returning it today!
