This is my first cordless vac and it is awesome not to have a cord. We have dogs, we have two dogs, and they shed, all year long. So I needed a great vacuum. This one sucks up the dog hair like crazy! Very satisfied!

Pretty colors and slim style makes it easy to maneuver under furniture & small spaces (office front desk). I can’t wait to use the attachments! It’s very quiet so it didn’t bother patients in reception area. The battery was already charged . I was able to use it right away. Trash dispenser is easy to release unlike a different brand we had. I received my cordless vacuum very quickly. It was very well packaged. My vacuum was not working at all so I plugged it in right away. I really enjoy the quiet sound and yet has a very good suction power. I used it on my hardwood floors and a fairly large shag carpet, I also used the hand-held attachment, it did a fine job. I really like the release button to empty on the dirt basket. I had a difficult time with my old vacuum so this was a welcome relief. I have used the vacuum several times and it does get up cat hair and all crumbs and messes my hubby makes. Honestly, Ive only had it for a short time, but so far I am very pleased and expect to refer friends and relatives, if the quality of its performance continues. I know the company was offering a nice coupon with the purchase of the vacuum when I bought. I liked that, as well as the low price tag when I decided to purchase it. They have a return policy which is good, but hopefully I wont need it.
