Corel Office 5 | Word Processor, Spreadsheets, Presentations, Cloud Support & Sharing | 3 User License [PC Disc]

To start off the product doesnt come with a download link, despite most new computers not having disk drives these days... Spent a couple of hours on hold to get a link only to get it and have the chat agent close the chat before I could click on the link... Went to the email to see the chat transcript only to find a thank you letter with a chat reference number in case I need more help. Spent another hour on chat hold to get even less. This agent could not provide a link but said they would submit a request to the correct department and I would get a rep[y sometime in the future. I received another email, thanking me for using support and that they were glad I was able to resolve my issue and to feel free to contact them again if I needed further assistance... Tried the phone a got busy signal after busy signal... Do not buy this product, stick with microsoft...

This is not user friendly. This was purchased for my mom, who has used Microsoft Excel her entire life - even in her job. She said this is a very poor product. It seems to be adding things to the spreadsheet and cannot seem to properly add lines together. Overall if we hadn’t waited so long to open it it would be sent back. This cannot be recommended to anyone.

Tried to download this software and at the initial beginning, one of our carriers in our area cut through a power underground cable and when things were back to normal, I was unable to download from the software I had received. Not certain if this cable problem completely erased the software or not as I cannot get it to download now. This is not the problem of Corel Company, Im sure.

I purchased this software a couple of months ago and was excited to have Office-like software for such an amazing bargain.

Once I got it installed, it worked fine. I have always preferred Corel to Wordperfect

It was difficult to use.

I installed it on my laptop, it said it was installed correctly. The programs open, but when you type anything in they close. A waste of my time and money.

Good for less expensive OFFICE software.

Great program for the money. It does all the basics for office clerical work and the price was very reasonable. Very satisfied!

This is not Word Perfect, nor does it appear compatible with WordPerfect, but is apparently some other Corel product, maybe one for outside the US.
