INVALID SERIAL NUMBER!!! and all you get from Corel support is a hard to undrstand rep telling you that its being sent to he tech department and you never hear from them again! and I tried to get a disk load an old version that I have that was offered for free when I purchased it and now they want to charge me for it. This company has gone to crap!!

> 24 hourIve bought three different Corel Photoshop programs over the past 20 years. I was very happy with the first two because they sent me a disk and whenever I needed to re-install the program, it worked great. The last version I bought didnt come with a disk although they were supposed to send me one, and the code had an expiration of about a month. Then you have to call their crappy non-existent customer service and speak to someone you can barely understand. I had to re-install Windows 10 and lost all the programs. I will look for another company or download a free photoshop, but I will not call this company and download from the cloud. I hate the ads whenever I used the program anyway.
