..unless youre a computer whiz, which I am not. I called customer support twice because I couldnt download the product. Apparently, customer support is located in the Middle East somewhere, because I couldnt understand them. Also, they couldnt wait to get me off the phone, even though I was nothing but courteous to them. So now Im stuck with a useless $85 cardboard box. Of course this is no reflection on Amazon. As usual they delivered promptly. No complaints at all about Amazon.

I am reasonably computer savey with a strong windows computer, but the trouble I went through loading Paintshop Pro Ultimate, Painter Essentials 8, and Particle shop purchased from Coral through Amazon was the most difficult I have ever had with software.

Software should be more versatile not just for windows as there’s macOS apple chrome base and I’m sure others this only works on windows and you have to wait for the Key card to be shipped to your house instead of getting the key in your email so if you order the key card plan to wait good luck to anyone else who plans to use this software have a blessed day

As many other reviewers have already stated, installation is a pain. I consider myself relatively computer/tech-savvy, and I honestly probably would not have been able to get this software on my computer if it weren’t for piecing together and following the helpful tips that other reviewers shared. Once installed though, the software is great. I’ve been using the quick-start guides, as well as other various online tutorials to really get to know PSP and so far, so good! Painful upfront with the installation, but an overall good product.

I purchased this a month ago and still having issues. Support is horrible.

The installation process for this suite is a nightmare and to be honest, I’m STILL trying to decide if the hassle of installing Corel is worth the money saved over Adobe products. I will update this review in the future once I’ve had even more time to work with it; I’ve been using competitor products for 10+ years now so I’ll need more time to really give Corel a fair shake. But PHEW, this installation process was such a bad introduction!

No disk no user guide ! HORRIBLE

Purchased pgm for price and to use in lieu of adobes photoshop debacle which is way over priced !
