Corsair 4000D Airflow Tempered Glass Mid-Tower ATX PC Case - Black

This is the third PC case Ive owned in my life and is far and away the best. It is seriously gorgeous, it was the easiest to work in out of the three, and the attention to detail that went into its design and manufacture is very evident. If youre considering this one, just get it.

This case helped bring my pc down by 10 degrees. No joke! It allowed me to add an extra intake fan (total of 3) and enough modularity for a radiator. Being able to slide the Drive bay forward and back is great for different power supplies or fans in the front.

I like the case. A major design flaw though is the 3.5” hard drive cage is too close to the power supply mount. I had to remove the drive cage and opt out of using a HDD drive to be able to mount a Corsair power supply. The instructions were also unclear for a first time PC builder such as myself. For example, how do you mount a SSD drive to the case? Also, the thumb screws are really tight from the factory. Used pliers to unscrew them for first time. I paid MSRP and am not sure it is worth the price paid. Needs these design fixes then all will be well.

Very good case for a fair price. Materials seem very nice, the white coating hast nice feel and look, with a slightly rough matte texture. The airflow is very good owing to the large holes in the front plate, and every intake has a mesh filter which helps with dust management. The case looks slightly larger in person than what I had expected, but still very nice and lots of room for building in it. The only thing is that due to its open design with lots of holes, it is not the quietest case and fan noise as well as gpu coil whine are louder than they would be in a more closed of case i’m sure. One point of improvement for a future redesign would be to make the glass side panel hinged, so it can be opened while staying attached to the other side so it works like a window.

Gehäuse ist hübsch, leider ist ein Kühler ziemlich laut und ich muss oft dagegen schlagen damit es die Klappe hält. Natürlich könnte ich den auch rausbauen aber naja bin faul. Einen USBC Anschluss gibt es auch aber kein Kabel zum Motherboard. Habe das auch schon berichtet aber keine Antwort bekommen.

As someone who builds pc’s as a hobby I absolutely love this case the quality is great its a little heavy which speaks to the quality of the metal but the biggest thing about this case is the airflow its an incredible difference to my past case which overheated due to the lack of air I highly recommend this case

I opened the box and noticed this part fall off while moving the case.
