Corsair 4000D Airflow Tempered Glass Mid-Tower ATX PC Case - Black

Easy build , great cable management, excellent airflow. Very tasteful case .

It gets hot even though I have all the fans installed. Airflow should have been good. Not sure what the problem is.

Esteticamente molto piacevole, rende bene anche senza illuminazione interna ma essendo molto scuro il vetro temprato è dobbligo una striscia led se si vogliono mettere in vista le componenti interne (ne ho usate due magnetiche, lato vetro una sullangolo in basso e una su quello in alto, sfruttando le parti metalliche del case).

Hard-drive bay is poorly designed annd only supports 2 disks. It is very difficult to get into, so you will have to remove it completely any time you want to add a drive. It should have been designed 90 degrees the other way (see Carbide 200R) so you can access the screws from the sides. The side screws will not go into the plastic bay properly, and HDs wiggle when pressed.

This case (and new components) replaced an 8-year-old computer. Much quieter, even with additional fans inside! I like the ventilation areas on top and side, with the porous covers. Nice design!

I purchased the 4000D Airflow as a replacement for my budget case that I was previously using. I’m more than happy with the quality of the case and am in love with it. With the extra room behind the motherboard tray I have plenty of room for cable management (including RGB wiring for my six Corsair SP120 Elite RGB fans). Air flow is beyond phenomenal IMO. In my previous case my CPU thermals would reach about 70°C or higher during a cinebench stress test. After installing everything in the 4000D I reran the same test and my thermals didn’t even get past 65°C. I’m running a Vetroo V5 air cooler over a non-overclocked Ryzen 5 3600x, and beat my previous cinebench score by switching to a better case. I would recommend this case for everyone looking to purchase this.

I’m very impressed with this case, I’ve built 4 different PC’s this year and this case is probably the best one I used in a build so far. It was a joy to build in. The build quality is high and everything went together easily with no problems.

Amazing case, fits my rediculous oversized gfx card , triple fan AIO and has great air flow.

Câble management facilité, très bien fini (j’ai le modèle air flow noir). Très important : la cage HDD est amovible ! J’ai pu installer mon alim Zalman 1000w de 240mm !!! Et remettre ensuite la cage HDD ! Le top :) idem pour les gros ventirad, ça passe ! Manque juste quelques ventilos car 2 d’origine c’est trop peu, mais à ce prix ça vaut le coup ! Prenez un pack 6 ventilo RGB et c’est parfait ;)

Integrated filters and places for AIO cooling. Cable managment is not bad either. Easy to clean the filters one on the top and front and also one for the power supply intake.
