> 24 hourThe 5000D is a great looking & well built case, but some of Corsairs design decisions could have been [sometimes much] better. The biggest issue [IMHO] is that the interior height loses 1.5 inches to the recessed top panel, & the case is roughly 1/8 too short to fit a radiator thicker than about an inch up top, at least when you use an AMD motherboard with a top mounted heatsink. And there are a bunch of radiators thicker than 1, including the Corsair H105 I was going to use -- Corsairs specs falsely say it will fit. And while its not the fault of the case designers, there are a bunch of liquid coolers with hoses that are about 12 long [including my H105] -- those hoses are too short to work using the side or front radiator/fan mounts.

> 24 hourThis is my second Corsair case. I am unfortunately cursed when it comes to these it seems. My first case came with a severe dent on the top that would flex when any pressure was applied. That was a completely different model and really has no relevance to this review other than being another Corsair product. That was for my previous build. This case (5000D) came with a completely busted front panel connection. The audio out does not work, the power button doesnt light up (but fortunately still works as that portion is separated from the mated audio+led connectors). Im just glad the USB inputs are on separate connections. Ive triple checked the motherboard connection and it seems fine. The worst part about this is that its not something you find out until after the whole build is complete. Frankly Im not about to disassemble my entire build again, then wait however long it takes to get a replacement; That simply is not an option for me. Ive settled for ordering a usb audio adapter for my headphone/mic connection in front. Disappointing quality control from Corsair again. Could easily be a 5 star case but lose 2 for the defect and 1 more for consistently bad personal experiences.

> 24 hourIt is a good case. My boyfriend and I got matching cases in White and Black. Although, the black one came damaged, which made it difficult to fit the PSU in the specified spot. The other thing is that we had a hard time with the RGB fan controller, It had an output that we were supposed to be able to plug into the motherboard, but we cant find a port that matches the plug, we had looked through the case manual, and we found no mention of this plug anywhere, so we cant use it, which is a bit disappointing. Other than those things, it was a good case and we are loving it so far.

> 24 hourSo I love how roomy this case is and how it looks. A lot of room for fans too! Cable management is the best I have ever seen.
