Feels very premium but the chords are a little intimidating to attach

I bought this to hopefully stop some system crashes I was experiencing that may have been tied to hardware issues. It actually seemingly did help, although not for very long. But you know what? Im glad I ended up replacing the old one. I think this PSU is great. Although I wish the installation instructions were a little more clear. This was the first time I had to do something like this, so I had to look up a video guide because the included booklet wasnt of much help to me personally, so what shouldve taken a few minutes at most ended up taking over an hour. But regardless, I dont regret my purchase of this PSU.

Best price to performance. I trust corsair PSUs. The PSU is very quiet (no noise mode) which was a big concern for me. That and dust build up. If the fans not spinning it wont collect near as much. Not sure how loud the unit is under a full load. Upgraded from the RM650x to the RM850x in preparation for a 3080. Lets just say Im still using my 2060 all these months later. Thanks Covid.

I purchased this PSU to replace a lower wattage Corsair TX series unit. For most people, 850 watts is overkill. However, the RMX line is of high quality and has many features such as a zero RPM fan mode, full modularity, and 80 plus gold certification. I have no qualms recommending the RM550X, RM650X, RM750X, or RM850X for anyone that desires these features as its probably one of the higher value full modular, gold certified units on the market. Especially so, for its sale price!

Great power supply for the price, lots of room for future upgradability, if youre not on a tight budget I HIGHLY SUGGEST buying an aftermarket pair of cables from somewhere like CableMod as the stock ones are super difficult to bend.

Bought the 850 and 750w. As reviews indicate, these units run smooth and without issues. Will stick with Corsair for sure
